Payment.  Payment can be made by cheque ("A Rippon") or BACS.  Courses will not be confirmed until the cheque/transfer clears the account.

Discounts for Voluntary Sector/Charitable Organisations.  2 students or more get a 15% discount. 
2 x 270 = 540 (Discount of £81) £459
3 x 270 = 810 (Discount of £121.50) £688.50
4 x 270 = 1080 (Discount £162) £918

Minimum Numbers.  There is a minimum number of 8 to make these courses viable.  If this number is not met, Who are you now? (Training and Development) will cancel the course and offer students a place on the next available course.  If the student is unable to attend these dates, and would prefer to have a full refund, all monies received will be returned.  Participants will be informed of the viability of a course within 1 week of the start date.   

Cancellation by individuals.  Participants who cancel their place will get full refund of their balance payment (but not their non-refundable deposit) if they inform Who are you now? (Training and Development)  IN WRITING, within 30 days before the course starts.  After this period, no monies will be refunded but a place on an alternative course will be offered, if available. 

Cancellation by organisations.  Cancellation of a course by a Client will not incur any penalties as long as Who are you now? (Training and Development) are informed IN WRITING, within 30 days, or more, before the course starts. If a course is cancelled outside of this deadline, then Who are you now? (Training and Development) reserves the right to invoice the client for the full amount. 

Insurance.  Please arrange for your own insurance. Who are you now? (Training and Development) will not be liable for delays and/or modifications to the programme due to unforeseen circumstances.
